East Vincent Township Project is a 6 acre sitework project renovating an existing municipal complex. Work includes removal and replacement of curbing, removal and replacement of sidewalks, installation of concrete paving, full depth removal and replacement of parking lot, clearing of 4 acre site, demolition of 3 buildings, installation of precast block retaining wall, bulk earthwork grading, sanitary sewer and storm sewer system with 18 structures, installation of a 1 acre sediment basin with rain garden bottom, and excavation for all site electric, gas,and communications. Work is being completed at an existing, active public works, administration, and police station township complex.
