SEPTA Catenary Foundations Delaware County, PA
30 concrete caisson foundations were installed along the Sharon Hill-Media Trolley Line at 4 different station locations, allowing for catenary system upgrades. All of the foundations were drilled and installed around the clock, during weekend system outages

East Vincent Township Building - East Vincent, PA
Sitework project renovating an existing municipal complex. Work is being completed while complex remains open to allow residents, township administration, public works, and police access.

SEPTA - 61st and Pine Bus Loop - Philadelphia, PA
Another complete redesign of an existing bus loop. Demolition of entire site, installation of two landscaped retention basins, concrete paving, sidewalks, and curbing as well as a new restroom facility and bus stop.

SEPTA - 35th and Allegheny Bus Loop - Philadelphia, PA
Complete demolition and restoration of an existing SEPTA bus loop. Removal of asphalt pavement, and concrete sidewalks, followed by the installation of concrete paving, curbing and sidewalks.

Pedestrian Bridge - Falls Township, PA
Removal of an old condemned bridge and installation of a 60 foot Con-Tech Truss Bridge, spanning a creek in the Vermillion Hills neighborhood connecting an existing walking path.

Falls Township Fishing Pier - Falls Township, PA
A custom 60' Cedar fishing pier installed at the Falls Township Community Park.

Feasterville Redevelopment - Feasterville, PA
A ground up Commercial Site Development project. ABC performing all civil and H.O.P. work for the future home of this Giant Food Stores shopping center.

La Fitness Remediation Project Warrington, PA
This project consisted of removal and replacement of approximately 15,000 cubic yards of unsuitable fill. For almost two decades the property of the La Fitness in Warrington had been settling, causing damage to the concrete and asphalt in the parking areas. The damaged parking lot demoed and the unsuitable material below was excavated, removed, and replaced. The site was then reconstructed with the original design.

Deptford Mall - Sears Redevelopment Deptford, NJ
The project consists of alternations for proposed tenancy within the existing “Sears” two-story 164,693 s.f. anchor building to provide landlord obligations for building and adjacent site alterations to renovate the structure to prepare it to receive future mixed-use tenant improvements. ABC was exclusively awarded the Sitework Package including Demolition, reconfiguration of underground utilities, Excavation/Grading, Drainage Improvements, Milling, Paving and Concrete Work.

Campbell Federal Credit Union - Mt. Laurel, NJ
A ground up bank development project. ABC Construction cleared the wooded lot and constructed the site for the building of a new Campbell's Federal Credit Union Bank. ABC Construction installed the building pad, all utilities, an open air and a below ground retention basin, and all site concrete and asphalt.

PNC Bank ADA Improvements - Various Locations
ADA Improvements at multiple PNC Bank Branch locations throughout
the Philadelphia area. Improvements consisted of concrete ADA parking areas and crosswalks leading to new ADA compliant sidewalks and entrances. Redesign and then mill and over lay of entire parking lots. All work was completed without disrupting the banks business or customer access.

Bristol Township Spring Curb Ramps -Bristol, PA
Concrete project consisting of removal and replacement of 130 ADA ramps throughout the township. Installation of 2374 lf of curbing, 11,773 lf of sidewalk, and 2374 sqft of truncated dome embedments.

Exton Station - Exton, PA
Sitework related to a SEPTA station rehabilitation. Work includes demolition and installation of asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks. Utility Installations and underground infiltration beds.

Scenic Station - Springfield, PA
A 350' long, 3' to 9' tall Redi Rock retaining wall, engineered to support the active Media/Sharon Hill Trolley Line. All work was completed using day and night shifts during weekend outages.

SEPTA - Tulpehoken Station Utility Improvments - Philadelphia, PA
Improvements to existing regional rail station. Work includes gravity and force sanitary sewer, installation of water service, tie-in to PWD water main and sewer main, remove and replace existing concrete walk and aprons, removal and replacement of trench paving, mill and overlay parking lot, and installation of a sanitary sewer pump station and a PWD meter pit. Work requires performing work at an active train station.
